There are so many different ways you can use our 3D Event Designer when planning your next event, let us count the ways…
1. Design in Detail
Your venue has their event space(s) modeled in 3D and your vendors have their products modeled in 3D. Design and watch as your event comes to life … no surprises on the day of your event, what you see is what you get! (**note: Due to the flash and lighting in the real-life image on the right, the walls in Viceroy Santa Monica’s Bristol Room don’t appear to be the stark white color they are, please refer to the 3D Event Designer modeled room for actual wall coloring).
2. Replicate Your Venue
Your venue doesn’t have their event space(s) modeled in 3D (… yet …), but that won’t stop you from using our 3D Event Designer. Simply use the “Create Your Own Event Space” feature to easily insert your room’s dimensions. Then start changing floor, ceiling, and wall color and dropping in decor!
3. Layout and Setup
Drop furniture in and move it around. See the room from all angles and try various setups to decide what you like best.
4. Choosing Colors and Furniture Styles
Not sure if you want to go with the venue’s standard linen color or rent your own tables to bring in? What about the type of chairs? See them all in your event setup before you make a choice. (note: Venue shown above – Ritz Carlton Marina del Rey’s Salon I)
5. Centerpiece Heights and Decor
Easily decide whether you want the same centerpieces, or varying centerpieces and heights, on all tables. Then decide on decor – whether you want votives accompanying the centerpieces, all the same chairs or alternating types of chairs, and more.
There are so many more ways you can use EventsClique.com’s 3D Event Designer when planning your next event, but we think you get the idea! What are you waiting for? Start designing!
The Clique Tip of the Day: If you are designing a large event we recommend limiting the number of items/decor you put into the event space due to load time… but we’ll be releasing a new version of our 3D Event Designer soon to instantaneously support events of all sizes!
