Make Event Design Changes and See Them in Real-Time

You asked. We’re answering.

In our series of Blogs, “3D Event Designer – Why Design Your Event in Realistic 3D”, here’s Benefit #5 as to why Events Clique is the solution for you (whether you’re “The Client”, Venue, or Vendor).

5. Make event design changes and see them in real-time.

Event planners and venues… you’ll LOVE this… if you don’t want to share the event design on Facebook because it’s your client’s confidential information, simply click the “Facebook” icon and instead of posting it, just copy the link. Paste that link into an email and send it to your client – they can then see the event design you created for them! Once you get feedback from your client, make changes to the 3D design. They’ll be able to see the changes in real-time with the same link you provided them!

Or, if you want to compare two event designs, simply click on the “Duplicate Event” button at the top of the navigation bar. Your current event will be duplicated (saved a second time) and you can make changes to this duplicated design (we know, you love us for not having to re-create the original design!).

I’ve been looking for a solution like this!! My event planner kept hand drawing out the different layouts and I was getting so frustrated because I couldn’t picture what she was drawing. We did the layout with the 3D Event Designer together and within minutes I was able to tell her which setup I liked best. The event industry has been needing a program like this!
