EventsClique.com’s 3D Event Designer is your event space in 360° 3D – whether it’s a hotel, banquet hall, restaurant, office space, or your very own home or backyard. Venues, event planners, and clients can take a virtual walk through of the space, setup with the specified layout, colors, and furniture, as if they were there in person. If they aren’t satisfied with their setup, they simply make changes by moving furniture, changing colors, or inserting new décor in real-time.

The newest feature to be added to the 3D Event Designer is “Share by Email”, which enables users to easily send an email with a link to their event design, through Events Clique, to the recipient of their choice.

“We were receiving requests from our users that they needed the ability to share their event designs with others via email,” said Events Clique’s President, Kristin McClune. “Event planners were requesting this feature to share the event designs they created with their clients, while simultaneously being able to make design changes that their clients can see in real-time. And the everyday person was requesting it to easily share their event layout with family and friends to get feedback.”

With the new “Share by Email” feature in place, EventsClique.com users can now share their event design over virtually any medium – from email to chat, IM, Facebook, Twitter, and more. What’s more, it further helps to simplify and enhance the event planning process. Event professionals and clients now no longer have to meet in person to review designs. With this new feature an event planner can email a design to their client who can be in their home, office, coffee shop, etc., who can then review the design and give feedback. Simply use the “Create Your Own Event Space” feature to easily insert the room’s dimensions. Then start changing floor, ceiling, and wall colors, and dropping in decor!
3. Layout and Setup – Drop furniture in and move it around. See the room from all angles and try various setups.
4. Choosing Colors and Furniture Styles – Not sure whether to use the venue’s standard linen colors or rent tables to bring in? What about the type of chairs? See them in multiple event setups before deciding.

5. Make event design changes and see them in real-time.

Event planners and venues… you’ll LOVE this… if you don’t want to share the event design on Facebook because it’s your client’s confidential information, simply click the “Facebook” icon and instead of posting it, just copy the link. Paste that link into an email and send it to your client – they can then see the event design you created for them! Once you get feedback from your client, make changes to the 3D design. They’ll be able to see the changes in real-time with the same link you provided them!

Or, if you want to compare two event designs, simply click on the “Duplicate Event” button at the top of the navigation bar. Your current event will be duplicated (saved a second time) and you can make changes to this duplicated design (we know, you love us for not having to re-create the original design!).
